Except this web site, there are 2 Microsoft Virtual Academy (MVA) courses, Getting Started with PowerShell 3.0 Jump Start and Advanced Tools & Scripting with PowerShell 3.0 Jump Start to talked about PowerShell. These MVA courses were hosted by Jeffrey Snover, Microsoft Distinguished Engineer, and Jason Helmick, an author a Pluralsight and PowerShell MVP. Please take some times to watch these series and learn the basic PowerShell skills.
