The computer is joined to a cluster in Windows Server 2012 and R2

Symptoms

When I join a domain member server to a cluster, I discovered the following error message.

The computer "Computer Name" is joined to a cluster.

And there are 2 error events, Event ID 1090 and Event ID 1093, in "System" of Event Viewer.

Cause

This domain member server was joined to a cluster before. Ir seems that the record hasn't been deleted in the registry of this computer after dis-joining the cluster.

Resolution

Administrators can perform "Clear-ClusterNode -Force -Verbose" to clear cluster configuration information on a computer.
