The AE9603 error of CA ArcServe

In my production environemnt, the Exchange Server 2007 is used ArcServe 12.0 SP2 to back up the Storage Groups, Mailbox Databases. It provides 2 backup methods which are Document Level and Database Level to back up Exchange Server 2007. The Exchange server is used Document Level for Daily backup.

Symptom
when one of the user accounts are checked "hide from Exchange address lists", the backup job must be failure. It shows the following errors:

Figure 2: All the backup of  the Exchange server failure

Cause

Document Level doesn't support "Hide from Exchange address lists" feature.

Resolution

CA reports that CA ArcServer's document level doesn't support "Hide from Exchange address lists" feature in all version of ArcServe.

If my Exchange server is checked this option, it should be used Database Level to back up.
